Sonus faber Aida Floorstanding speakers (Pair)

Overview

The Sonus faber Aida is a large reference floorstanding loudspeaker with dedicated bass, midrange, and treble sections plus a rear Sound Field Shaper array. Its driver system includes two 220 mm woofers and a separate 320 mm low-frequency unit.

Why This Model Matters

The design addresses more than forward output. Its rear-facing array provides another way to shape the speaker’s interaction with the listening space, while Zero Vibration Transmission and the Silent Case cabinet structure address mechanical behavior. Stealth Ultraflex loading is part of the low-frequency system. This is a demanding physical installation as well as an ambitious passive speaker: placement, rear clearance, amplification, and the room should be designed as a whole.
