Orders

Product Information

We strive to accurately describe every product we sell.

Because much of our inventory consists of vintage equipment, normal signs of age, cosmetic imperfections, and minor variations should be expected unless otherwise noted.

Product photographs are intended to represent the actual item whenever possible.

Vintage Equipment

Vintage electronics are decades old and may require periodic maintenance over time.

All vintage equipment is tested and serviced as necessary before sale. 

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Obvious pricing errors may be corrected, even after an order has been placed.

Payment

Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders may not ship until payment has cleared.

Shipping

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

Please inspect shipments promptly and notify us immediately if shipping damage has occurred.

Returns & Warranty

Returns and warranty claims are governed by our Return & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bring Back Analog shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, videos, logos, text, and branding, is the property of Bring Back Analog unless otherwise noted.
