Please read before submitting a repair request:

1. in-person only: we only accept repair requests in-shop, in Grand Rapids, MI. We don't do repairs via mail.

2. bench fee: there's an $80 bench fee for any evaluation. We'll contact you before continuing repairs, and this fee will be applied to the repair cost if you decide to continue. It will be charged even if you don't continue with the repair.

3. limitations: we generally only service higher-end gear ($1000+ value). We also do not repair Reel-to-Reels.

4. Cost: it's impossible to estimate before we get it on the bench. We can only guarantee it'll be between $100 and $1 million.
