Klipsch RP-5000F II Floorstanding Speaker
Klipsch RP-5000F II Floorstanding Speaker
Overview
The Klipsch RP-5000F II is the most compact floorstanding speaker in the second-generation Reference Premiere series. Dual 5.25-inch Cerametallic woofers and a 1-inch Linear Travel Suspension titanium tweeter in a 90-degree by 90-degree hybrid Tractrix horn give it genuine tower dynamics from a narrow, room-friendly cabinet. Dual rear Tractrix ports reinforce the low end, and hidden terminals make it Atmos-ready. It is available in ebony and walnut vinyl finishes with a magnetic grille.
Why This Model Matters
The RP-5000F II is the entry point to the Reference Premiere II tower range, ideal where floor space is limited but a listener still wants the scale and efficiency of a floorstander over a stand-mounted speaker. At 95dB sensitivity it is easy to drive, and the second-generation larger horn, vented tweeter and Faraday-ring woofers bring the series' distortion improvements to the smallest tower.
