McIntosh MC 2100
The McIntosh MC2100 is a two-channel solid-state power amplifier manufactured from 1969 to 1978. It is rated at 105 watts per channel in stereo and can be configured for 210 watts in mono.
McIntosh output autoformers are a defining part of the design, allowing the amplifier to deliver its rated performance across specified speaker impedances. The MC2100 shares the period’s clean, functional McIntosh approach while omitting the large illuminated front meters found on some related models.
