Klipsch New York Music City Party Speaker

Overview

The Klipsch New York is the flagship Music City party speaker, built around dual 8-inch professional woofers and a horn-loaded compression tweeter for concert-style output. At up to 110dB it is the loudest of the line, yet trolley wheels and a built-in handle keep it moveable by one person. This is a large, heavy speaker at roughly 56 pounds, closer to a portable PA than a grab-and-go Bluetooth box, and it delivers low end and headroom to match.

Why This Model Matters

New York matters as the peak of Klipsch's battery-powered party range, delivering pro-grade woofers and horn-loaded clarity that rival a small live-sound rig. The 8-inch woofers move serious air for deep, room-shaking bass, while the compression tweeter keeps vocals and detail cutting through a crowd. A 12-hour battery, IPX4 sealing and Party Link sync let it anchor large outdoor events without a wall outlet, making it a true mobile sound system. Wired inputs accept microphones and instruments alongside Bluetooth streaming, and the reactive light show turns any yard into a venue. For anyone who has fought with extension cords at an outdoor party, battery-powered output at this scale is the whole point.
